XOPS

About XOPS

We came
from operations.

XOPS exists because we lived without it. Help desks, refresh cycles, midnight escalations, audit fire drills, contractor offboards that leaked seats for months. We built the system of action for enterprise operations the way we wished it had existed when we ran one.

XOPS is the system of action for enterprise operations. It reconciles the systems you already run into operational truth, maintains a continuously updated Position for every employee, device, and agent, and executes declared Outcomes across all of them.

Operational truth first, then Outcomes. Everything on this page — who we are, what we believe, how we work — exists in service of that one sequence. See how the platform works →

Where we are

Out of stealth.
Already running at the Fortune 500.

XOPS emerged from stealth with $40M in funding and was featured in The Wall Street Journal. By the time we announced, we were already in production at the Fortune 500.

What we believe

Five things
we won’t change our mind about.

01

The workflow era is over.

Workflows route work. They don’t finish it. The IT estate has been running on routing tooling for two decades, and the people who fill the seams are exhausted. We’re building what comes next.

02

IT operations is universal.

Every Fortune 500 onboards hires, refreshes laptops, recovers devices, rotates licenses, stages deployments. The work is the same everywhere. So we built it once, properly, and ship it pre-loaded.

03

Operations should run itself.

Humans should supervise the platform, not the queue. The work that requires judgment is real and worth paying for. The work that requires stitching seven systems together is not.

04

Customers are partners.

We sit before we sell. We co-design before we deploy. We measure what we promised. We earn the next domain. The companies who run on XOPS aren’t buying a vendor — they’re joining a guild of operators.

05

The platform must be deterministic.

Agents are useful for reasoning. Dangerous for execution. The platform layer can’t roll dice. Same input, same outcome, every time. Auditable, replayable, reversible. The math comes back to IT — and so does the trust.

Leadership

The people who’ve
been on your side of the table.

Our executives have led IT transformations and scaled operations at NTT, Qualcomm, FedEx, Box, and ServiceNow. They’ve held the pager. They’ve owned the budget. They’ve presented to the board. The platform reflects the experience.

Board

The investors backing the work.

How we work

Rules we live by.

Partnership

We’re true partners.

Our customers feel supported, confident, and certain they made the right call. We commit to high-touch service at every turn. Not because the contract requires it. Because the work does.

Empathy

Lead with empathy.

Your pain points, your perspectives, your political realities. We listen first because we’ve been there. Understanding the lived experience of an IT operator is how we earn the right to change it.

People

Every role matters.

XOPS isn’t built for the C-suite. It’s built for the IT practitioners at every level — and for the employees across the organization who never have to think about IT, because it just works.

If you believe this,
see it run.

You now know who built XOPS and why. The rest is operational: one system of action above the systems you already run, a continuously maintained Position for every employee, device, and agent, and declared Outcomes that execute across all of them — already in production at the Fortune 500.
